Love watching the reaction of the children and they thought it was good . One said when you asked what colour inside of the fruit Blue that was funny .My mum used too grow these in her garden she gave me a plant . I have moved interstate and got one a,couple of years ago it,s doing well ,have taken some cuttings which have grown and now planted them in veggie garden area in old Chook yard. The girls at a,homesteadin group I belong too said they spread like weeds . That,s okay by me I like the fruit.

I use to grow them in my home country

Just cut them in half long ways and sprinkle sugar on them .leave for half hour .The sugar brings out the flavor better.

Mine grew near tomato, and had a tomato flavor.
