Today I will tell you how to make Pepper Chicken Dry. Paper Chicken is a very famous dish of South India.

ingredients used in this recipe:
1.Chicken 800gm
2.salt to taste
3.turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
4.red chilli powder
5.black paper whole 1 TSP
6.cumin seed 1 TSP
7.saunf 1 TSP
8.Onions
9.garlic 8-10
10.oil 3 tbsp
11 whole chilli

That's why I never even open SK's videos or any popular chef's YT videos anymore. He shares tips that actually make you go "wow, this actually works" while cooking. For example, the use of hot water instead of cold water while cooking so that you don't lose flavor is such a simple yet effective tip. It might sound simple to people who probably knew about it their whole life but it was kinda profound to me the first time I tried it. took a big headache out of cooking chicken for me.

Please NEVER keep raw chicken/meat in water before cooking as that can increase the risk of food poisoning from campylobacter bacteria.

@@Opqrxyz It’s not about the chicken itself, when you dip it in water the water bowl used or if even a drop of that water falls on the kitchen platform, can cross-contaminate the the kitchen and the bowl used itself. Campylobacter causes food poisoning.

Sir aapki recepie hmesha banate hain. Sabse behetareen or asaan tareeke se zaika ajata hai. N aapka tareeka not doubt real life me use kiya ja sakta. Baaki log to kabhi ye bhagona kabhi wo gas. But aapke tareeke se banai recepies best n mouthwatering banti. Thankuuu🥰
