INGREDIENTS
Organ meat / Assorted meat( shaki and heart)
Goat meat
Cow foot ( deboned)
pepper soup spice ( Calabash Nutmeg & Uda )
1 TspnThyme (optional)
Onion
1 Bell pepper to add a bit of colour and garnishing
2 stock cubes
1 Tbsp crayfish
scent leave
salt to taste
