For tonight's dinner, we decided to take a regular pepper steak and give it a complete makeover. We finely sliced the meat and chopped the veggies before quickly stir-frying everything together. The result was a simple yet heavenly dish that we served on boiled rice. We coated the steak in coarsely ground pepper and Almazan Kitchen red meat mix, and the natural flavors of the vegetables and meat were further enhanced with garlic, ginger, fish sauce, sesame oil, orange juice, and, of course, soy sauce!
