This second version of Pepper Water is more of a liquid version and compliments the Dry Fry very well. Goes nice with boiled rice and is enjoyed by many Anglo Indians.
Ingredients
Pepper Water
1 Tbls Oil
2 Tomatoes Pulped
1 Chopped Onion
3 Large chopped Garlic Cloves
1 inch Ginger
1 Tsp Dhaniya Powder (Coriander)
1 Tsp Cumin (Jeera)
Half Tsp Chili Powder
Half Tsp Kashmiri Powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper
For Temper
2 Tbls Oil
1 Tsp Mustard Seed (Rye)
1 Tsp Onion Seed (Kalongee)
2 Stalks Curry Leaves
1 Broken Red Chili
For Dry Fry
1 Ladle Spoon Oil
500g Beef
1 Large Onion Chopped
1 Fresh Tomato Pulped
2 Tsp Ginger/Garlic Paste
1 Tbls Dhaniya Powder (Coriander)
1 & Half Tsp Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder (Jerra)
2 Large Potatoes cut in cubes
Salt to taste
