I enjoy their soft oatmeal raisin cookies. They keep going up in price though!

there is something about almost all pre-packaged “soft baked” cookies that just aren’t all that great. crunchy or crispy pre-packaged are where it’s at IMO 🙌🏼

These two new cookies are not going to replace my favorite Maui PF cookies. I really had high expectations for these although soft cookies aren’t my favorite. Thank you so much for a terrific review. You saved me money by not buying.😊 Have a sweet and sunny day.

Maybe zapping the Newport for 5-10 seconds might give you a warm gooey cookie instead of a chewy cookie. As far as a flat taste, it maybe because you prefer milk chocolate which is sweeter than dark chocolate. I'm a dark chocolate fan and don't like overly sweet cookies, so maybe I'll give them a try.

The best pepperidge farm cookies imo, are chessmen, bordeaux, and ginger man.

I never found pepperidge farms big cookies like the sausalito to be good but people looooove them. Always seem kind of stale to me. The more novelty type ones (milano, chessmen, etc) are definitely the way to go.

I used to love chips ahoy chewy cookies… then they “improved” them and now they are gross… they are like sweet play dough… I feel like they are more chemical than cookie… Keebler has a soft batch that are decent. If you want a great lemon cookie the brand “dare” makes an awesome one… for a chewy lemon cookie I’ve made sone with lemon cake mix that were simple to make and delicious

Try the Pepperidge Farm Milk Chocolate Chip Montauk cookies...I literally almost cried when I tried them...they taste EXACTLY like the old Chewy Chips Ahoy cookie recipe!

The only “Chewy” cookie that I like is the Archway Lemon… I don’t even know if they make them anymore, but they were so good. Great review♥️

I like certain cookies from them. It surprises me that the majority (if not all) are the thin & crispy.

Chewy Chips Ahoy cookies taste like how play-doh smells. I can't do any "soft-baked" cookie... As a kid I only ate the original. Good thing I can bake now and make better cookies.. And I don't hold back on the salt!

The lemon ones sounded terribly tempting when I walked by them the other day. Glad I just walked by and stuck to other favorites at home 😅 Thanks for trying them for us!!

The one thing I’ve always enjoyed about Pepperidge Farm is their soft texture. Milanos have always been my favorite. The Newport Dark Chocolate fell flat, but the Lemon sounds much better. Great review.

Yess Thought I was the only one that felt that way. These cookies are gross. Plastic play doh cookies lol. Their chessmen shortbread cookies are the only ones I feel are pretty decent
