This song should have afforded a standing ovation. Everytime I listen to it, it gives me goosebumps. I can't believe the talent that is Bayaan and its drummer Mansoor. The song lyrics as well as the musical arrangement are so in symphony with one another that one is compelled to pay attention to the lyrical content. Paani Aur Mitti talks about the dualities of life and the reality of the paradox that exists between them and it is literally so touching it was a tear-jerker. My favourite verse was the final one which was played beautifully & at the perfect moment: "Masjid hai, Emaan ghum; Hai mitti, Insaan ghum!" I absolutely loved it! You boys each have a unique voice which is very distinct and melodious! Masha'Allah. All the best! 💙
