heat definitely plays a role. this we know through hplc testing of before and after leaving peptides/hgh in heat/sunlight. not denaturing, but the degradation. tests were also done before and after extreme shaking of reconstituted peps/hgh and the conclusion was they are not as fragile as we once thought from shaking or the adding of bac water directly onto powder.

I do exactly what the guy in the first comment said with the 4 mL of water and the 20 units 5 days a week with two days off. I want to say mine is 3 and some change Maybe 350 somewhere in that ballpark and that's for 3 months I was with Florida alternative medicine but they stopped doing out-of-state client so one of the owners of that company is out of New Jersey and he's got another doctor that I'm getting ready to start using now. Well maybe I did say that right not out-of-state clients basically telemedicine but honestly I want to switch over to regular gross because I want the thinning of the skin and I'm leaning more toward the bodybuilder physique and I want it for anti-aging

Hey, i appreciate the comments! Yeah, I did actually know about the fragility of it....I think both previous cycles, i handled both the same (although its possible I mishandled the second one I suppose without realizing). I have seen a few times that the powder itself isn't as delicate when it comes to heat (thats more when its been reconstituted), but I figure the extra precautions cant hurt.

:) I think part of the unit measurement is also impacted by how much bacteriostatic water is mixed into the peptides. While my Dr does 6, I had seen others online doing more, which would mean that mine COULD be more concentrated, and perhaps less units needed. Speculation there...I should try to find out from my source some more definite numbers in that regard. It's possible my 10 units is equal to more if the doses are more concentrated....or maybe I'm just taking a lower dose. How's it been treating you? How long have you been on it?

@@FizznessShizzness concentration is based solely on how much is in each vial. a 5mg vial is a 5mg vial. your 5mg vial can't possibly be more concentrated than her 5mg vial. the only thing that would make a difference would be how much bac water you use and if it truly is 5mg. the reconstitution is all just basic math.

for sure, thats what i meant in terms of concentration, the water concentration which is going into the peptide vial. if we have 2 vials, both 5mg, but one takes 8 units of water and the other takes 6, but both are doing the same units per injection, then the one with the lower concentration of water would be more potent per injection, right?

So, that is possible. However, something I've taken note of is that it seems my Dr reconstitutes less water into the peptides than some of the sources I've seen online, which could mean each unit is actually more dense than someone else who might perhaps be taking more units, with a more diluted dosage. Of course the flip side is...I might not be taking enough to see a difference (although my IGF-1 numbers show that the peptides ARE doing SOMETHING).

Interesting though, I just checked and my vial says 6mg/12mg. Any idea what the 2 different numbers might be?

It’s how much each cjc and Ipamorelin are in your one vial. Also the units a person is taking means absolutely nothing. The actual amount of medication in that unit is what counts (200mcg, 300mcg ) Everyone vial is different mg and diluted with different amounts of water.
