The most effective cure for me with elbow pain has been tricep strengthening, and forearm extensor strengthening. Along with reverse side pressure/external shoulder rotation for shoulder pain. The issue becomes when a muscle group becomes out of balance, there’s no opposition while you are at rest. The overpowering muscles are constantly pulling on the insertions, causing tendinitis. Strengthening the opposite movement relieves it.

You have to also consider it’s a business and they want to make money , you can’t fully trust their assessment . The only way that you know without any doubts that an acl is torn in animal is when you actually open them up , and there is no way for you the owner to know what the vet did really . I am not saying this is the case but it’s always a possibility . Now early arthritis is the norm after joint related surgery same for humans

After every max effort day I take a day completely off and slug out on tiger balm. I feel like if you do high rep work too close after max effort you lose a touch of strength adaptations so I give my body a chance to solidify the adaptations before I continue training. Describing the dog's leg as "Driver side, Rear" lol that's gotta be the engineer vernacular. Had to comment on that haha. Wish I had more valuable input pertaining to the video. I will say i recently started taking Hyaluronic Acid (one of my very well seasoned customers who works in lawn care suggested it to me), and it's been a noticable difference with relief. Not particularly for arm wrestling pain but for overall pains like my lower back, ankles, and elbows.

Tendons and ligaments heal slower due to less blood flow that said im huge on heat heat gets blood in more but ice is needed to keep inflammation in check . People become imbalanced then get injured i also think stretching is huge . Most arm wrestlers become tight . Your a beast hutchings . Id love to see you do stem cell cause your my favorite arm wrestler and as much as it changed deovon i couldnt imagine it on you. Hgh is great for healing and peptides and sarms. There is a fragment that guys swear buy ill figure it out and mention it later . But for me heat ice heat ice. Workout well stretch a ton and keep all muscles balanced if able. Cool vid . It's true Todd Hutchins I kind of do believe this it's true in benching it shows often or skull crushers that you need the opposite muscles and they a effect you in the lift benching you feel if you haven't done enough bicep and if you haven't done even tricep especially and shoulder. When doing skull crushers at the bottom you feel if you haven't done bicep even with barbell rows you feel when you haven't done chest. Rear delts you feel the pains in front shoulder lifts when your going heavier and don't do rear delts lol. When you do incline benching even rear delts come into play lol. Its why I believe it is true.
