It is suspected that Swaróg worshipped on Rus and Swaróg worshipped on the Elbe are the same Slavic god, and the name Swaróg is deminutivum (diminutive). The first time the name of a deity in the Western Slavic tradition was mentioned by Bruno of Kwerfurt in a letter to King Henry II of Germany from 1008/9. He used the form of Zuarasiz diabolus. According to Thietmar's chronicle, the temple of Swarozyca (Zuarasici) was located in Radogoszcz, which gave rise to the identification of Swarozyc with Radogost. So it was not a powerful man but Swarożyc, a god.

All Slavic countries are inside of Europe, and the largest ethno-linguistic group in Europe is that of the Slavs (Germanic being 2nd). Czech,Slovakia,Russia,Belarus,Ukraine,Poland,Bulgaria,Macedonia,Serbia,Croatia,Bosnia,Montenegro etc are all on the European continent, most are part of the EU and all of them are Slav countries! Also the Balkan Peninsula is located in south eastern part of Europe. It stretches from Greece in the South-West to Slovenia in the North-West and from Moldova in the North-East to Bulgaria in the South-East (or the City of Istanbul in Turkey) to be more precise.

It's Vinkings and Slavs Festival at Isle Wolin, Poland. There were many Nords in north-western territory of Poland, so these cultures are a bit mixed. This song is about a young girl who met the Slavic god Swarożyc.

Music and lyrics are Polish, Slavic. Vikings is not a nation, it's a kind of profession. Vikings is not a race, it is a kind of profession (the concept of a nation up to the 20th century did not exist). They were also mercenaries. This recording took place in Wolin's open-air museum, where the Slav and Viking festivals take place each year. Wolin was one of the greatest medieval cities in Europe. A Jewish merchant and traveler from the Arab states of Caliph Ibrahim ibn Jakub in 965 wrote: "They have a mighty city over the ocean with twelve gates." Another chronicler Ibn Said says that it belonged to the most powerful of the kings of the Slavs. It is described as great. Its port on the surrounding sea is a target where many ships converge. It is the most beautiful port of these sites.
