This looks interesting more so because the costs are less than a normal brick building. But how long can these structures last?

Very long. Imagine it this way. You are basically using a scaled down version of pure concrete and rebar building used for industrial complexes and large buildings and you are substituting the thermal properties that those thick walls give the building by mass using foam. It is basically a 1 to 2 inch concrete slab with a 1 to 2 inch insulating foam layer all built in one single sheet. It is structural, long lasting, low maintennance and cheap solution. The downside is that the structure can't be modified later because all the walls are structural and you would be removing part of that structure in a modification, so you better get your design on point before you start building. The other big downside is that it has very bad traction resistance for hanging stuff from the wall, I like the system but I would like to see one with rebar structure on both sides in order to get 2 inches of concrete slab on each side and be able to drill into it and hang my TV or a floating desk or anything from my wall with peace of mind. Other than that, It works great as far as I'm concerned. My dad built an appartment for a worker recently using this method and it came out great. But he plans to modify on the future, so he also used traditional brick walls in some places and some traditional handmade concrete and rebar structure there to hold the thing even if he removes the wall.

the real answer is PU but price higher than eps
