Benjamin should be jailed for the violence inflicted upon the girl. And after the victim recovers, she must also be punished for having affairs with married man. She being hospitalized should not be the ground to overlook her crime. That's called real Gender equality. Many female criminals gets away without being punished simply due to gender. The statement is not made by the girl herself. We need to hear it from her. The guy might have threaten her , we never know. 4:00 Here, Benjamin’s wife says that she was clearing and cleaning up the mess after EVERYONE had left. then while cleaning up the mess, the victim called her and told her that she(victim) has reached home, dropped by the accused, Benjamin. The victim told the accused’s wife that Benjamin has gone back so if she move out then, she would be able to meet and pick him on the way. Then She moved out hoping to meet him on the way but he wasn’t there. Here, what confused me is that, she has clearly mentioned EVERYONE had left but later as she continue speaking, she again stated that she was dropping her friend too when she found both the accused and the victim sitting together on the roadside. Also, I believe no one would go away and simply leave her husband as well as the other woman like that; sitting and flirting by the roadside at night. That's what I thought but people here in the comment section doesn't think of the situation like who's right or wrong and everyone be like the girl did nothing wrong and I also accept like what that guy has done to her internal organs is not right But as the accused wife told in the interview the girl lied too saying she reach home but she was with the accused so it's so obvious they're both drunk and together at a deserted area and idk whether the guy had force her or not but I feel like they did it together with no issues because the girl called and told the accused wife she already reach home and she's sleeping but in reality she was with the accused and even on the next day the girl lied saying they didn't to anything so basically they're both at fault if it was rape the girl shouldn't have lied and speak up directly that night like she's been assaulted by that person but wish to hear the story from her side as well And people should know this the accused wife is not protecting his husband as for me I feel like she's telling what she knows and I feel sorry for her because their marriage will surely come to an end

This is not rape. The female victim lied to the accuse wife on the phone that she reach home n already on bed while on the other hand she was having a romance with the accused. Accused wife came to check on the way n caught both of them together on the road. This is a false accusations by a victim. This should be investigated thoroughly.

I guess that this incident took place based on mutual consensus between the two. And It is pretty clear, the word 'rape' has surfaced only after few days when the victim started suffering from pain and under no relevant reason. Why not by that night itself if it is truly rape? Hence, why she lied to a wife of accuse and the latter found sitting together? So the best way is this - the police should arrest all the gatherers who were being a part of party that night and do interrogation including her wife who allowed them to use alcohol in her house. If not I think there is not 100% consistent to consider the matter as rape for it has purely happened with consensus based.

Confusion are the evidence here but reality is ' why accused wife do nothing seeing her husband with other lady'???😢 as stated by the accused wife. Why is the culprits' father came with cash in the morning after the incident was happened and asked the victims family to take victim for treatment, following by the culprit came with some cash begging for forgiving admitting that he has made a mistake. As stated by the victims sister.
