The runner up? She should've won. She had some of the best performances of all the Idol seasons and one of the most intriguing contestants ever. She kept us glued to our seat. Thinking she was going to mess up or go home but instead blew us away every week.

If we put this together with Wasted Tears (same session), Wild Horses with Slash and Myles Kennedy, 'Till There Was You (acapella), and maybe God Bless the Child with Irvin Mayfield, you might have the start of a pretty good acoustic album. Any more suggestions? I love the album--great songs and a great voice, but a little overproduced. This video really shows the quality of the voice, and the quality of the song, better.

i'm not a huge fan of the album version tbqh...if you listen again you will notice that she doesn't belt the high parts in the chorus, but instead sings them in falsetto
