Ingredients
Large Russet Potatoes
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Method
Clean and pat dry potatoes
Use fork to poke holes all over potatoes
Apply olive oil and rub into skin
Season generously with salt and pepper
Flip potatoes and season again
Bake on 425 degrees for 60 minutes
Serve with butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, or any other topping you’d like!
