Beef Broccoli is one of the most popular dishes at Chinese restaurants, and like a lot of Chinese dishes, it is best cooked in a wok. The problem with wok cooking at home is that gas ranges typically don't produce a large enough flame to use them fully, and electric ranges, including induction, only heat a very small area on the bottom making them a giant pain in the neck. The Nuwave Mosaic Induction Wok changes the game by utilizing it's own induction cooktop that follows the natural curve of the wok itself. In addition, it allows the wok to be rounded at the bottom, making it even better.
