welcome or welcome back to my channel!
i absolutely adore most of nmixx changeups in their songs (despite most people disliking them), so i went to search for other switchups in kpop songs (and ofc included some of my favorite nmixx ones). i've compiled a list of some of the best kpop changeups and switchups - ranging from beat changes, key changes, and more! what i didn't include was any mashup of songs (like shinee's sherlock or superm's tiger inside).

YES 4:57 - sonar was the first time i really understood nmixx's changeup concept and how well it could be done with proper mixing

I never realized Dash feels like a more natural O.O. (I still prefer O.O because I’m insane)

no yeah dash is definitely a more natural version of O.O and i personally like it better than O.O but you're definitely not insane for liking the song i love O.O too it just took a couple listens LOL

they definitely were one of the first to do a change up (and i included IGAB at 1:23 LOL), but by popularized i meant in the modern kpop era (fourth gen) when people think of a changeup they tend to think of nmixx!
