Coated Peanut recipe is a Nigerian snack made from groundnut also known as peanut. This recipe is usually crunchy and tasty. The ingredients used yielded that soft and burger kind of peanut you enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
3 cups Peanut/ Groundnut
Salt to taste
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon powdered milk
#coatedpeanutrecipe

Thanks a lot Ada. Giving back to back correct recipes. I'd give this a try. There's one particular one I buy from a store here. I've been going since this year but maybe the supplier has japad and hasn't supplied. I'd try to make it myself.
