Ok I am sold talking to the wife about taking the cruise. 🤣 Gary my wife corrects me too on Salmon.... Hahaha (ps) You and I are correct the L is silent.... ssshhhh say nuttin... LOL

Yes, book a cruise, you won’t regret it! Too funny about pronunciation! I like to do Google searches on how to pronounce words…am I crazy? 🤪

Yes, it was a blast! We checked out sleeperdude’s channel and watched their video. Pretty neat family. They were on a different cruise than ours. Their Nassau / Coco Cay days were switched from ours.

Over 40 or 45 years ago when I took a cruise, the island was not part of the cruise.😢😢😢

Looks like everyone is having a great time! I've never been on a big ship. Anyone get seasick? I'm guessing when you're on a cruise ship you don't really feel like you're on water as long as the oceans are calm?

None of us got seasick. The ships generally navigate around storms & rough water as much as possible, so most of the time you can’t tell you’re on a ship. In fact in our video we showed storm clouds in the distance and it seemed like we were drifting out away from those several hours before heading that direction. The ship routes have a lot of flexibility built in so they can take their time getting places. I’ve heard others who are more sensitive to motion struggle with it, but we had zero issues. We brought Dramamine just in case but never used it. The one time we felt movement was when the ship had to maneuver a tight space to dock, and that typically lasted 15 minutes or so.

@@NCFamilyof3 Thanks for the reply! I've been on small boats but never a big ship. Sounds like you had great time and you had the opportunity to spend quality time together as a family. That is a blessing!
