Morning:
A bowl of fortified cereal with milk
A banana or other fresh fruit
A glass of orange juice or another source of vitamin C
Afternoon:
A turkey or chicken sandwich with whole wheat bread, lettuce, and tomato
A side of raw vegetables, like baby carrots or sliced bell peppers
A glass of water or a low-sugar drink
Evening:
Grilled or baked salmon with brown rice and steamed vegetables, like broccoli or asparagus
A small salad with leafy greens and other colorful veggies
A glass of water or a low-sugar drink
Night:
A small bowl of low-fat yogurt or cottage cheese with mixed berries or sliced fruit
A handful of whole-grain crackers or a small serving of popcorn
A glass of water or herbal tea

Diet chart in pregnancy :- 7-8 AM = Solid breakfast (avoild milk) 11 Am = Milk 🥛 with protein powder 1-1.30PM = Lunch ( Carbs, fats, protein, fruits, salads) 3-4.30PM = Dry fruits, sprouts, salads 8-8.30PM = Dinner 9-9.30PM = Milk * Don’t sleep immediately after dinner * Walk 10-15 mins after every meals

​@@paruadveitha4267no dr, I'm in 1st timester I eat 4 to 5 times a day healthy, morning and n8 a glass of milk, dry fruits 4 pm for snacks and 11 30 am have fruits and boiled whole eggs , take folic acid tablet which doctor prescribe Because you will get heavy vomiting and hunger in 1st trimester only so keep your stomach full once vomiting

Can I take milk with protein powder at 4 pm and again 10 pm because morning I need to take the oron tablets so my doctor suggested me don't take milk at morning please tell me can I take milk at evening and night after dinner

These diet charts can’t be followed. Taste buds are so much changed that you don’t like healthy foods 😔and you can’t say when you’re hungry and when you don’t want to eat anything at all in spite of being starving.

ఉదయం: 7.00 - 8.00 (టిఫిన్) 11.00 (పాలు + ప్రోటీన్ పౌడర్) మధ్యాహ్నం: 1.00 - 1.30 (భోజనం) (అన్ని రకాలు ఉండేలా చూసుకోవాలి...) 3.30 - 4.00 ( మొలకలు, డ్రై ఫ్రూట్స్, సలాడ్స్) రాత్రి : 8.00 - 8.30 ( భోజనం) 9.30 - 10.00 (పాలు) 👉 తిన్న వెంటనే పడుకోకుండా 10 నుండి 15 నిమిషాలు నడవాలి.
