Hey guys, Mondays are for new beginnings and why not add a new recipe. Today's recipe is mashed potatoes. I hope you'll enjoy it. Also, don't hesitate to share how you prepare yours on the comment section.

I boil with salt and enough garlic to add taste, then later fry onions separately, add the boiled potatoes then mash and add a little margarine while hot.

I’ll be trying the recipe today, but I love that you’ve put your eggs on top of your microwave. I do that too despite the manufacturer saying not to put anything on top of the microwave 😺

Before mashing I add a little oil and raw onions,it’s crunchy the way I like it...will try this way though...hacked the biriani the other day for the first time! Good job!

milly unasema wenye hatukulangi nyama tucipike mashed potatoes? i do mine with a combination of star fry veggies or lentile soup its my favourite way to eat mashed potatoes n its amazing you should do more vegan recipes for some of us here who cant stand animal products. love and light

I don’t add onions to mashed potatoes (personal preference I guess). But rather I boil the potatoes then as I mash it, I add butter, some salt and milk. (Tastes so damn good)
