INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
½ Cup Chana Daal
Soak For 2 Hours
Wash Well
Boil Some Water
½ Tsp Salt
Soaked Chana Daal
Cook Until Softened Chana Daal
Cool Down
Pour In Blender
Blend Smooth
1 Cup Flour/Maida
½ Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Oil
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
Mix Well
1/3 Cup Water
Make Dough
½ Cup Jaggery
¼ Cup Water
Melt Jaggery
Add Blended Chana Daal
Mix Well
Cook Until Separate from the Pan
½ Tsp Cardamom Powder
Keep Aside
Take Some Dough
Roll
Jaggery Chana Daal Mixture
Cover Well
Roll
Fry In Medium Heat
Oil
Fry Both Sides Well
