No it does not give discount on mountains. It gives free travel rides in GA travel area. Just google GA travel area, if it covers any mountain train, then you will get it free, else you wont

Excellent information. Will you elaborate on local transport facilities, sight seeing facilities as everywhere train journey may not be possible. If possible also share Indian restaurants at various swiss destinations. What's are tea coffee rates?. Is our own itenary acceptable at VDS?

1. Train is possible almost everywhere and where there are no trains, they will be connecting trams / buses or cable cars 2. For Indian restaurants, just google for it with the name of the town. For example, just google Indian restaurant in Interlaken and you will get the list 3. Tea coffee rates are different from place to place, but they are expensive everywhere in general 4. Own itinerary is usually accepted 5. List of sightseeing places given in description

Hi AB, Is it possible to get warm clothing and boots for visiting Mt Titlis and Jungfrau on rent. Wanted to avoid carrying heavy woolens from India as Zurich and Interlaken will not be so cold during June.

Hi. Woollen clothes rental shops might not be available. Although there are ski shops which rent all gears and they might have kist jackets too but they are likely to be inoperational in June as the ski season is over. Tbh you need not carry very heavy jackets in June even to titlis or Jungfrau. A good warmer, a decathlon -5 to 0 degree jacket, gloves and hoodie should be more than sufficient.

Good video bro, what about rent a car ? Need your advice We are family of 5 with 3 childrens and we want to visit mount titlis and pilatus only in 2 days so whats your advice we can take 2 day tickets only or any pass ? Or just buy tickets on the day

Thanks bro. I never rented a car, but you may explore it. It might cost you around 7-8k per day + gas + parking fees at different places. However, you can also explore train tickets if your kids are small. They will be charged at discounted prices. Suggest you to goto SBB website and check ticket costs and also compare them with car rental websites like eurocar or avis. But please note, parking can be expensive and challenging

Technically, yes. You can be asked for ID anytime. Although, I have never been randomly stopped and asked for ID till now. When in trains, its advisable to carry it because for booking passes / tickets you will be asked, its mandatory for that

What is the point of taking half fare pass for one month for 50 percent off and pay again for ticket on each ride, it’s more complex. It’s better to buy Swiss pass and travel without fear.
