This is just what I needed today. I've been to Texas years ago and I just fell in love with it is such a beautiful state. I'm doing really well recovering from surgery as I previously had told you I'm still on restrictions on lifting and bending but I'm doing better and I feel a whole lot better

Brittney, I love Texas. My two granddaughters live in NE Texas. One is headed to Texas A&M soon and the other is the Fair Queen of her county for the coming year. 👒🌼Happy Summer Beautiful Girl & Adorable, Sweet Baby Puppydog Kids!🐕You are such a good Dog Mom to them & although they had a turbulant 4th it looks like you have made them quite comfortable now. This was so much fun! Living in New England all my life, I have never been to a rodeo! I enjoyed everything, including the shops and getting to understand a little bit about life in Texas. I LOVE your pups so much, they are always my favorite part of any video! It is very hot and sticky in CT right now too. Happy summer to you!! ❤

Well, Gruene looks like a paradise to me. I grew up in a very rural area and these small towns are just the best! I love your dress with your boots, but honey I would be melting in those shoes in this heat. For me, I'm glad the 4th is over. I'm afraid I just don't enjoy it anymore...the heat, the fireworks which my fur friend Elizabeth (who is 11) is so afraid of, but she made it. Did not realize those peonies were real, I do love the smell of peonies, but I haven't been able to get a hold of any fresh ones in quite some time.

I used to live in new Braunfels. I had to go through Gruene to get to my apartment. I was probably 2 1/2 miles away from Greene where I lived. Right on the Guadalupe. So beautiful out there I love that you’re doing a video on green.

Being a Texan native myself, i enjoy seeing other parts of Texas. I have never been to Gruene, TX so this was very fun, informative, and I enjoyed living vicariously through you in sightseeing and learning what Gruene, TX is all about. Oh my word, if that isn’t the quintessential Americana town. I loved it. And you looked great by the way in all your outfits. Especially the rodeo one. Your little dogs are precious. Loved the throw and the very beautiful peony’s. Thanks for taking us along. I enjoyed your relaxing video so much! I loved seeing the general store and the antique store. The lavender festival was interesting too. I also enjoyed seeing the rodeo....one of the most American things ever! There's a big rodeo over in Kissimmee, FL near Disney. It's called the Silver Spurs and has been going on for years...a big part of central Florida history. I love anything with horses...my dad was a rider and I grew up with and near horses...riding some of my childhood too. I love the pink peonies and seeing the kitty relaxing and snoozing in the heat. This was so much fun and so enjoyable...yee ha or is it yee haw?🐎

They have the most beautiful flowers there! I always feel so spoiled going to that little farm. 🥰 I actually have family that ropes in the rodeo so I spent a lot of time at them growing up. Special memories for sure! My dad used to ride bulls and train horses when I was a baby (but I don’t have memories of it because I was too young) he’s a true cowboy. My absolute favorite flower the Peony. Up here in Minnesota unfortunately, they are all done blooming by the second week in June. Loved this little travel vlog from your beautiful state, it’s been years since I was there. I think your dogs were enjoying the new throw, very pretty on your bed.

I grew up smelling them in my Grandma's yard! Beautiful scent, perfect shade of pink and such a lovely flower to admire and decorate with. They are gorgeous in the Ginger jars! You definitely scored on the floral quilt..the color & print are so pretty. Snuggles for the doggies. They are precious! 💞

Thanks for sharing. I’m from Austin but have lived in Cedar Creek for 25 years. I’ve gone to Gruene and Blanco lots of times. I too love the onion rings from the Gristmill. We do trips with sisters, aunts and cousins every year to all the beautiful small towns outside Austin. Such fun and amazing memories! Take care.❤

My son lives in Marble Falls. We live in Northeast Oklahoma. My grandson has a business in Marble Falls. Such beautiful country down there❤.
