Perfect Vanilla Cupcakes/How to make moist vanilla cupcakes/ Classic cupcakes

Vanilla cupcakes are so delicious.This is an easy and no fail recipe for the best moist vanilla cupcakes.
Ingredients:
Sugar- 1 Cup(200g) -
Unsalted Butter- 1/2 cup (125 g)
All Purpose flour- 1&1/2 cups (190 g)
Baking soda- 1/2 teaspoon
Baking Powder-1 teaspoon
Salt- 1/4 teaspoon
Egg- 2 Large
Milk-3/4 cup( 185 ml)
Vanilla Essence-1& 1/2 teaspoon
Number of cupcakes:
This recipe makes 18 -20standard cupcakes.
Note:
1. Powdering the sugar will make the creaming easy.
2. Butter can be replaced with 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
Bake it in a preheated ( preheat for 10 minutes) oven at 180 C for about 20-25 minutes.

when videos claim to have the perfect recipe, i'm usually really dubious, but THIS. THIS REALLY IS PERFECT. the instant the batter came together, i could tell that these cupcakes would come out soft and fluffy and absolute perfection, which is saying something, since it doesn't even use meringue like most recipes and isn't overly sweet or rich! i absolutely ADORE this recipe, 11/10 if you're looking for a good cupcake recipe, this is it. you need nothing more. THANK YOU for sharing this absolute treasure with us.

OMW - I have found my go to recipe. Thank you so much. I made cupcakes last week using a very renown baker's recipe. The cupcakes were dense, and everyone was disappointed. Then I tried this one and after reading all the comments, I decided to give it a try and my God it was delicious. Soft & Fluffy. The only difference was that I put it on 160 degrees because I wanted flatter tops without a dome. I left it for 25 minutes and checked just in case it needed more time, but 25 minutes so sufficient. Thank you very much for sharing.

I just made this cupcake. I didn't have an electric mixer so used a normal manual whisk (I mixed very well… ). It came out just amazing. Here’s a tip!: If you don’t have white sugar of any kind brown sugar is a very very good substitute for it! How mine turned out with brown sugar: crisp on the outside soft inside! Also easier to mix for me! Also if your brown sugar is somewhat hard: Put little water on it and then it’s mixable!

THANKS FOR THIS RECIPE:) I used cake flour:) for those who want to use cake flour instead of APF, just make it 196 grams for this recipe:) It came out super soft! Just enough sweetness:) I added choco chips when I baked the second batch of the batter. Highly recommended!! Hihih I even baked this in a turbo broiler. Still worked fine❤️

This recipe is AMAZING!!!1!1! I dont bake that much but after being overseas I was in the mood to bake and ended up baking these vanilla cupcakes!! THEY WERE SO DELICIOUS I CAN NOT GET OVER IT! So moist, really soft, and overall really delicious. 1000/10. I’ll make this again for sure!
