Harley Smith is a genuinely great guy! I had called him from CT while it was still technically illegal to grow but he didn't ask where I was nor did I mention it so no liability on his part- but he hadn't a clue who I even was yet still answered and had an hour long discussion on why my plants were purple .. Turned out because I was in a cellar with cement and dirt floor, the reservoir was on cement so the top of the water was at perfect temp. But the deeper part was wat cold and i was able to run an airstone along the entire bottom which corrected the problem FAST and went on to have a wonderful harvest!

Thanks Mark, 3rd time watching this and I'm still learning new things from it, Harley is a gift from God, his knowledge and his character couldn't be more appealing as a teacher to learn from.

Feels like some areas are exited about people running out of water so a small group can become the money and tell people what to do. Water is life. We have so much power to improve this world if we use our water with efficiency. Spread the word of love and educate the children.

Glad to hear when my plant is growing into the medium that my microbes should be working phos in that soil. Over watering is always mentioned, like nobody has any drainage. But then you gotta have runoff. I just grow my organic soil in fabrics watering when dry until runoff, always ends up 1 litre per gallon of soil. Holds more water after top dressings I'm learning, if my runoff comes early and have lost colour that's when I need to feed them. Plants trained with many colas seem to be eating up all my phos, then nitrogen quick time, runoff becomes clear too fast. How many is too much? lol... Thanks guys

This gonna be cool! You should def ask which npk indistry products can be incorporated into a organic style regiment. If anything doesnt play well with microbes. Slow release dry amendments. Thanks brotha! Great content

It’s pretty cool to me how if you truly want healthy good tasting bud your pot almost has to be it’s own ecosystem with different forms of life coexisting. Gotta love nature!

So we never really got a good answer if that mystery product is something we can get ahold of on it's own, rather than trying to find it in some other product, where they don't tell you anything about it.

Can we get round to discussing ideal NPK ratios?.... for example I started with bloom 3-5-4 @ 1.8ec, then day 10 went to boost to 3- 8.4- 6.7 @ 2.2 ec through mid flower, in late flower I transferred to 3-8-9 @ 2.8ec, and now in the final week i am transferring to 3-11-14... also an ideal ratio of magnesium to phosphorus 2:1 respectively in ppm... we can easily calculate the ppm of each NPK and decide on an ideal ratio given you are feeding at the right ec for the uptake... in mid bloom I was at 3ec and toward the end I am now at 2ec.. I always check my ppms and ph to check if the plant is consuming all the food... my plants are consuming 1.6ec between feeds on drain to waste and they are dropping to 1.1ec before next feed... and then fed with 1.6ec to runoff 2.7ec and steady 6.2ph.. I like to make sure the potassium is there and not run out before the next feed however the perfect ratio at the suitable stage in flower is now really important to me.. Im building heavy green colour in the leaf and looking to burn off the built up Nitrogen through the higher pk ratio in the feed... Maybe we can discuss more about this...

Is there any health hazard consuming veggies/herbs hydroponically produced using Masterblend as a fertilizer?
@PerfectGardensTV2 жыл бұрын
Im more concerned with the fungicides and pesticides
@Splendid1234567892 жыл бұрын
@@PerfectGardensTV I agree, but in MasterBlend, for instance, it has Zinc EDTA. That EDTA is a nano particle. Nano particles can cross the blood brain barrier, so I'm wondering if it would then bind and flush the essential zinc out of one's body, which would be bad.

Atami bloombastic no longer uses the 4 cysteine molecules with the sulfur for the zinc finger transcription factor. Does anyone know of a product that does ?
