These dogs are not inbred, They wouldn't look so healthy if they were. I have an American Bullldog/ Bullmastiff mutt He's 9 months and is very strong and tall. I think He might turn out to be like this. My neighbor Has a South African Boerbeol and my boy can manage to rough house with it.

You can fight in court about the $500+ fine, but your dog will be long dead. If owners keep breeding people aggressive Pits, this horror for the breed will continue to spread.
