I played like 5 games today with Malignance which gives 20 cdr and additional 20 cdr for ult, it felt nice to cut corners with this when 10 sec cd can matter a lot. It laks damage tho, but its cheap at the same time

they feel so much stronger compared to s13, wouldnt be surprised if they'll be nerfed

By disregard, you mean having 3k hp, no mana problems ever, stasis, armor and 500 cdr while building full ap items during all s13 ?

imo cd is good, damage is kinda shitty, item works the best when ulting on multiple enemies

i tend to go zhonya's a lot, especially if they have a fed person who can kill me easily

@@meowdaruff5621 low elo ppl will camp you and chase you down inside your base, they don't care if it's worth it or not even if they die too they just see you as fragile free kill and it's so annoying since vel'koz now lost all of his early game damage because of the new items

@@meowdaruff5621 only mid/late game, early damage is gone for me but I play support and gold income for support is HORRIBLE so you're far behind with these expensive items

@@servhasvids look for possible advantages as early as 2 minutes, be aggressive, don't let the enemies breathe. i do that and often succeed 'cause they panic a lot. i always ban blitz, but i'd look into banning leona as well from now on. no matter who you're fighting, look for opportunities to fight when the enemies are on cd. also, i like going e second for more utility, but w could also work. either way, ping the adc to go in and if they don't, then just poke and take a single minion each wave, take more if you don't want to get pushed in/want to push. goodluck, fellow squid 🐙
