Tbh… This event wasn’t even that bad, I had fun watching it but damn it was definitely wasted. I’ve always defended UEFN events but I think this draws the line. Either epic need to stop depending their lives on UEFN or just develop it more and use it when it’s more complete (bc it feels like a wip imo)

I don't care much for Fortnite but this was a wonderful tribute to the band. The Master of Puppets fight was the highlight for me, though the racing segment with Lux Aeterna was also quite nice. It felt at times like what it would've possibly looked like had Metallica been featured in some way in Brutal Legend, which is an all-time favorite game of mine. Thanks for sharing this with the world.

Honestly i dont care what other people think this concert was alot of fun even though it was a creative map and not a concert on the map itself. My only complaint is that it could have used another 5 minutes other then that it was really good.

Honestly its my favorite concert they have done. Even if its a creative map the music is way better than the other ones they have had for concerts, each part of the map does fit the songs well, the opening driving portion was great, the bossfight with the giant drug god thing was hype, and overall it was fun. Just wished it lasted a bit longer, maybe its because Metallica has longer songs than the other concerts they have done, but having all the parts just be segments from the songs wasnt the best. Other than that i really enjoyed it, glad they've finally went with a music genre i enjoy. This entire season has been great for me, by far my favorite I've played.

Best concert ever.

It takes a lot of licenses and time to give you this “only 10 minute” event. Everyone used to complain when Travis and Ariana came along because “all we did was watch them play the song on a stage” and now that we actually have a cool interactive concert with actually cool graphics and a cool boss fight, all everyone can do is complain

I wish I had to know to download this I'm so sad that I didn't get to experience this myself. Glad someone got to do it! Super cool how they designed this!!

I rate it like 6/10, I love the Arianna way better! And I found it unfair that the others didn’t get a concert; weekend, lady Gaga, and Billie.

I was really disappointed in this. Found it too short, and too stressful at the same time. Would much rather have just sat there and watched them rock out on a stage for like 30 mins or so.

Kinda sucks that during For Whom The Bell Tolls since you are in a rush to get through the course that you can't see Robert doing the crab walk with Kirk

There were some really cool ideas here. 100% had the potential to challenge the travis scott event. That is, if it lasted longer than 2 minutes. Just when it was starting to get good, it just ends.

I loved this event it was just amazing. I replayed it twice and it’s just so fire 🔥. The boss was also a lot of fun as well. I love season 3.

Everyone complaining about the band hardly showing up. It's not a concert event. Its an event/experience themed around Metallica. It literally says in the description "sections that match the intensity of the songs"or something like that I don't remember it word for word. Just be happy that we actually got a good music collab.

I would have wished that all the songs exept for puppet master and sandman would have last longer, that would have made it better, but honestly, Im glad I did see it by myself, it was memorable, and the car at the end too

I like this, people should already stop expecting actual concerts, as someone who didn't listen to their music before this looks like a really good tribute to their music and also seems like a fun playable experience, because that's what this is and what every single one but the Marshmello one has been. Also glad they didn't do another "Singer turns giant" which is already overused. I think what people miss the most is probably it happening on the actual BR map, and I kinda get that part, but this collab was made to fit all modes so they can't limit the event for BR players only, a lot of metallica fans actually came for festival (which makes sense)

Though I was concentrating on "grinding" XP to level up faster so Im not in the situation (no power and Internet for an extended period of time),and having to "grind" 3x as hard, I had a BLAST with this thing so much I went back immediately for a second time right after I first participated. I just wish I wasn't so caught up and dealing with personal conflicts with friends that I didn't just settle for 2 participations

u know from the start of this u need to play it my life an then put the end stage on for a good movie

Reasons i didn’t like the event: 1 - The boss is a bit stressful and hard to beat in a small lobby . . 2 - The event felt so short, And they lacked playing on stage . . 3 - There was no rewards after playing, you only got xp while playing . . 4 - After playing they should’ve added jam circles or what they’re called or even music . . 5 - for the rewards i would’ve loved the get the car as a rocket racing vehicle and even a loading screen and some xp maybe even some emotes . . 6 - they should’ve added fuel to the event to match the trailer (i’m pretty sure that’s the song hopefully i’m right)

Fuel ⛽ is in a rocket racing map called trash mountain and to get the call its rree you have to do wuest in riking racing but theres only a day left.

I think people are being way too harsh with this event. I absolutely loved it, I thought it was creative, and quite fun. I played it several times, I only wish it was open longer than just two days. I think it does a good job of playing through metallica's career, playing songs from the hit albums. I thought the clock tower was the best part, and it was fun and exhilarating to run up the tower, and that each stage matched the song and the beat really well. The master of puppets fight was incredible! My only wish is that is lasted longer- I would've loved to have seen a segment with Enter Sandman, or they played longer segments of their songs. Hearing Fuel with the racing wouldve made more sense, and maybe a segment with "If Darkness had a Son" would have been really cool. Other than the length, I thought it was awesome

I didn't hate this by any means...but I feel strange and embarrassed having to admit their concert idea peaked with Ariana Grande. Hate her music but that rift tour was undeniably the best

I hear people giving this event some criticism for being too short, but in all honesty, I loved this event and thought it was nice to experience. Granted, I had no expectations whatsoever as this was my first sort of tribute experience I played through as a new player, but it was still fun anyway.
