Hi! If I am planning to compare the effect of two independent variable (say: type of sweetener and daily intake frequency) on one dependent variable (antioxidant capacity), do I still need to have a negative control group? Thank you so much!

Thanks for suggestion. Actually when I started I didn't have mic to record sound so I had to use background to suppress noise.

Hello there.....really very nice explanation. I have just one question, Can't we use one way anova for the same problem. That will also tell whether the crop varieties are statistically significant from one another or not.

You can use one way ANOVA if there is only variety factor that is causing variation in variable. If the experiment is done in field soil causes variation so we use two way ANOVA as there are 2 factor soil and variety that is causing variation in variable. Regards RAAJ
