You're right in saying A.C.E were holding themselves back with the choreo this comeback - they wanted to make it easier for their fans to cover, because they've experienced how challenging it is to cover kpop dances (especially since their songs like Under Cover and Cactus were so hard to cover lol) and they wanted a song that anyone could dance to. That said, they go HARD with Savage on stage and their energy is insane :) I'd love to watch you react to Cactus next, as its their debut song and probably the most insane debut choreo I've ever seen o.o

I think Savage comes to life the most on stage, when there is an audience. It's really fun. So check the performances and/or fancams, I'm sure you'll love it more. PLEASE react to take me higher, callin' and cactus. cactus is their debut song and callin' their first comeback. take me higher is a totally different vibe than any of these, but it also still fits really well. The dance practice for that song is one of my favorites. when you said you liked donghuns face and you were distracted by his vocals I really felt that, because he's my bias and that's exactly what I thought when I saw savage for the first time too😭

in some interviews they said that Donghunis is the most sensitive member of the group and, because of that, he can express the messages of the songs very well. From what I recall A.C.E wanted the performance choreo for Savage to be a lot more 'chill' and easier to follow for their fans since all of their other choreographies are so intense and higher up on the difficulty level. In one of their vlives they showed bits of the original choreo for Savage which was a little more... involved 😅, but the members decided it should be a little more laid back. The "don't -forget- smile" is a reference to the Joker movie. The whole MV concept is inspired by Suicide squad and thus the members looks are inspired by certain characters (e.g. Wow = Joker, BK = Harley Quinn, Donghun = Diablo, etc)

If you haven't already, you should check out their part change practices and see how much of a mess it is everytime because they have so many formation changes lol Also it's probably not gonna happen this year but they have come to Canada these past two summers at Pop! Goes the world's convention so you should keep an eye on this if you ever wanna see them live ^^

Ace is a multitalented group, everyone can sing, dance and rap individually ❤️ BK's and wow's (green hair) vocals is quite underrated, but can sing high notes too. Donghun is a really great singer and its great to hear how he doesn't know how to dance before but now he is flawless. Jun and chan gets more handsome every comeback ❤️

Yes, Jeff, A.C.E will suck you in. I'm glad you're getting to know them. They're just wonderful artists and people. As you watch more of their stuff, you'll go from "I think my bias will be either BK or Donghun" to "I think my bias will be either BK or Donghun or Jun or Wow or Chan."

This song is actually about them breaking the conventions and from a point of view of closed minds who see them as "bad guys". This is why you have such a huge "Suicide Squad" (parallel to Mad Squad the title of the album) reference, Wow is portraying Joker and BK Harley Queen of course ahah. They explain how being different and sometimes very out of lines can be seen as a strength: "everyone in line beside me, let turn over the world" this is clearly an invitation to break the stupid rules of this world in order to make it a better place. This is why I love them so much :)

I highly recommend for you to watch their zombie performance! All of the busking videos of that performance! It's my favourite choreography that they have done ever!

Donghun vocals make me cry and emotional. I cried when I listened to Jun, Donghun & Chan's collaboration for 'First Love', their voices just made the experience so much more and Donghun especially got me shook. I also especially love their cover of Easier by 5sos as well, I keep replaying over and over again because it's honestly so beautiful. Oh and their live cover of Undercover on Arirang Radio K-Pop!!!
