loving that violin air bowing let me roast everything wrong here as a violin player - air bowing, self explanatory - 0:58 wrong hand fingering - note: the vibrato looks legit ?? tho, convinced they hired a real musician and told them to play anything - "nostalgic violin music" - note 2: 3:12 & above looks legit tho ??? im so confused mate - 4:29 bowing completely off LOOL - 5:17 bowing also off (looks like shes playing the previous piece) - 9:23 same reason - 16:52 "songs" - 17:33 slightly off time bowing - 17:44 same reason - 19:13 same reason - also hate to say it but humming is not good - 19:46 bow on d and g string

The violinist must've practiced so much! She could still make sounds when her bow didnt even touch the strings! impressive! The ancient technique of airbowing is very difficult to do.

This might be Dhar’s best skit to date. I love how unlike in most videos, the two conflicting sides don’t have someone who’s clearly and right and someone who’s clearly wrong, it really reflects realistic situations where arguing sides both have some merit to what they’re saying, in this case, they both need money because they’re both struggling. Even though Jared is the more aggressive one at first, the skit never goes out of its way to make him look unnecessarily mean or unreasonable, and despite how the format goes in these skits when Mary is the first to reveal her struggle, what she goes through is never made to be seen as more important than what Jared goes through. Not to mention the way they found a solution is realistic, they tried out other ideas and it didn’t work, I feel that most of Dhar’s skits get their problems resolved a little too quickly for my liking, but it worked great here. And best of all, I could FEEL the chemistry between Jared and Mary, their expressions and body language really sold it for me. They may be the very first actors in a skit who weren’t together at the beginning that I wanted to get together.

Why Do You Think Musicians Need A Lesson? Dhar Is Just Putting Out A Bad Image For Musicians. Musicians Are Very Nice And Would Be Very Kind To Anyone Who's In The Spot They Usually Play In. I Know This Because I'm A Clarinet Player Myself.

Being a musician myself, this one really hits home. A lot of places do not like it when you play in front of them. Not that I've tried, but I know this is how it is from seeing other musicians try it as well. The owners of stores do not like the "solicitation" and will kick them out quick. Being a musician is not easy financially. We're seriously underpaid. Which sucks because we spend our whole lives learning the fine arts and craft of making music, spending a fortune on instruments and recording equipment/studio time, lessons and education, and what do we get in return? Not much. It's not fair. On top of that the digital age (Spotify paying pennies to artists) and death of record labels makes it nearly impossible to make a full time living with music unless you are a marketing genius, which many of us are not. Not to mention Covid screwing millions of artists out of touring. This story is a great depiction and quite accurate of the life of a struggling musician. Luckily I'm in a comfortable living situation, but I can only imagine how hard it is for a lot of musicians out there. Keep plugging away though and it will be worth it. If you follow your passion, it will eventually lead to success. Great story, well portrayed, well acted, great message.

This entire video is literally based off of a “I was here first” argument which all children found its ineffectiveness when they turned 6. Both of the protagonists are so arrogant and stupid that I am speechless, and the Disney-esque disgustingly common notion of “together is the best” makes me dislike this video.

Not really- they didn't ACTUALLY date in the end (although I wish they did) but also by the time they started to fall in love (I think they started to) they didn't hate eachother anymore

This has to be my new favorite Dhar Mann video, since there's no obvious protagonist or antagonist and usually there's an obvious 'good guy' and 'bad guy' but over here, Jake and Mary both have reasons to be reasonably 'mean' to each other since both of them are going through a tough time. This has to be one of the most realistic skits Dhar Mann has ever made, since it is based of a real-life situation. AND IS NO ONE GOING TO TALK ABOUT Jake and Mary's AWESOME chemistry? I need to see ANOTHER VIDEO ON THIS!
