The ever present possible lawsuit emerges! The only winners are the lawyers.

The man has been paralyzed. His life has been completely destroyed. If he’s married over 90% of marriages where a spouse gets paralyzed the other spouse divorces he’s gonna be lonely and depressed the rest of his life. He probably can’t even have sex anymore if he has no children, he won’t be able to have children. He won’t be able to work and have a feeling ofproductiveness he’s gonna require around the clock care

I’m sorry that you’re jealous of lawyers because of their fees that they charge which you should do is be thankful that there are lawyers out there that will take cases on contingency and to get proper compensation for people

That's a stupidly low fee to try for....

Why is he only suing for $50,000? That’s nothing are you joking he got paralyzed. He should be given like $10 million at least I mean his whole life is basically been ruined should pay $10 million. And get real if they don’t they’re sick sucks and no one even go up there.

He should earn his salary X years of service left = compensation. Do if he earns £40,000 he shoukd get £40k x 20 + (medical + taxes) = around £1,500,000. £10 million is crazy too much

@@thingsjoshdoes3906 please you can’t be serious with your comment. I always try to put myself in the other person shoes now if you’re quality of life has been completely destroyed basically your whole life over how much is that worth you gotta understand. He’s paralyzed most people that are paralyzed the other spouse leaves them so he’s gonna get divorced, so right there he’s has no family he’s gonna be alone. He’s gonna suffer some massive depression and loneliness. Probably never find another spouse. Nobody wants to marry a paralyzed person. It’s probably impacted them where he can’t even have sex anymore and he’s gonna require assistance just to live the rest of his life, I don’t know if you’re some evil hearted person deserves proper compensation in anybody with the same brain would realize that if your quality of life has been destroyed for your entire life, how much is that worth? I mean it’s worth it least I don’t know how to put a number on it but at minimum a year, just for the quality of life now he’s gonna need more money just to take care of himself

@@Mountainman524 as a fellow circus performer I just give my personal opinion.... This guy chose to apply, knows the dangers, knows what safety is in place... There are always going to be these stories cropping up. At least he isn't deceased and can live to tell his tale. £50,000 is not enough. £10,000,000 is stupid... Good to fight for such cash.

Don’t they have to sign a waiver??
@seriouscarguys7023 ай бұрын
That paperwork only hold so much weight. It doesn’t mean you have a guaranteed shield against malpractice and you can just blatantly screw up and not have any liability. Also, there are other ways to go class, action, federal, etc. that are way above and beyond the waiver in a state court

So, you don’t understand, Kyle Mitrione, the diver that became quadriplegic is stating that he had to do a new act, a new scene, and they only were trained two weeks before they were trying it out, he was saying that there were no music or sound cues likd there supposed to be and that’s a massive safety issue and the fact is that OSHA fined them more than $30,000 of fines for violations of safety, so this is extremely serious
