I love, love, LOVED this video! This was so much more than a review: this was a perfumery lesson! Thank you for sharing your thoughts and expertise with us. If I may offer a suggestion for future videos, some of the terms that you use are quite foreign to a newb like myself, so seeing them in writing would be very helpful :) Thank you again for sharing with us! I have a feeling I'll be spending the next few days binge-watching your entire back catalogue! :D

I just got Bitter Peach for myself as a early birthday present and I think it’s a step up from Gucci Rush which is a signature for me. I was this close to getting Lost Cherry instead but I actually got much better longevity and projection with Bitter Peach! Funny because when I sampled BP when it was released I didn’t care for it at all!

I have watched a few reviews on this fragrance. You give us so much more information, explaining each ingredient. Others cannot break it down the way you do 🦄 I remember wearing Body shop white musk oil & my sister loved their Dewberry oil.

Great review as always! I always try to buy a decant before buying and am glad I've been doing that with Tom Ford lately. F***ing Fabulous, Bitter Peach, Rose Prick, and Lost Cherry just didn't give me the same level of euphoria that his older fragrances did. The prices don't reflect what Tom Ford used to put out.
@MrLatinKing133 жыл бұрын
I love that you are teaching me to associate the aroma chemicals in the fragrances whereas before your videos, I thought they were just words. Now I look at benzoyl benzoate, cashmerin, vanilin, lynolyn (I likely spelled it wrong) and I understand what the fragrance will smell like before I try it. Love your passion and spirit hands. Keep it up Aaron.
@AaronTerenceHughes3 жыл бұрын
That makes me so happy to hear. I want everyone to be educated. Look at the box learn what the allergens mean. Does the box have all the correct information on. There are companies that do not!!

@alinamih3 жыл бұрын
I really, really loved this fragrance from the first try but honestly couldn't justify the price for the projection and longevity (same goes for Lost Cherry, which is even worse in lasting power, shame). Luckily I got it discounted at about the price you quoted as "fair" and so I'm now happy to have it!
@OtisF963 жыл бұрын
I have a deep affection for Tom Ford's work, whether it's his films, fashion or fragrance. This, to me at least, felt about as far from Tom Ford as anything he's released in years. I admire the perfumery, but the final product falls flat.

Thanks for the review. This fragrance STINKS until the dry down! It’s very pungent with that synthetic, “Peach rings” accord… it’s dries down nicely and becomes soft and blended, but I can’t wait an hour for that to happen, and it’s not unique in the dry down either, so…

I love Hedione. Apparently, my nose is able to pick it and separate from the rest of the blend. I think they use it in many of those soft fluffy Jasmine fragrances instead of Benzyls and stuff. As you said, it has little to do with the real Jasmine scent.

I went to take a bath and when I smelled it later, they had both settled very nicely onto the skin and it was really amazing especially bitter peach. My only issue is that i cant find a new extraordinary smell from all new perfumes on the market they all smell like something that i have smelt before.

Oud is the best natural fragrance of the gods. Especially Aaron's oud. I used to like oud wood by tom ford until id experienced real oud, tom fords oud wood actually now reminds me of dried vomit. For the price it makes me want to vomit. Fragrance du bois is literally taking the doo doo aswell for what they are pricing their vomit at aswell, its all a rich man's marketing trick. Aaron's work is completely honest. Top notch. Xx

I enjoy listening to Aaron as he is a chemist and Perfumer thus I expect the type of review from him as that is his core compentacy. However, as a Niche Parfume lover (Parfume Head), a good or bad remark will not stop me from purchasing a fragrance, but for me, his reviews kind of guide me to which ones I will get now or later. For instnce, his review of the Amouage Interlude Man (Blue Beast) made me say that want go well with me on the opening and he was spot on, get past the opening and that fragrance is one of the best in my collection and I have quite of few Bangers. As a parfume lover, I would say to you all in addition to listening to Aaron, who is easily one of the best Reviewers in the Game, go with your heart as well, be daring. Peace n Happiness

Knowing your thoughts on using animal products other than ambergris in perfume and your thoughts on transparency on the labels, I’m curious what your thoughts are on houses like Areej and ensar and bortiknoff
@AaronTerenceHughes3 жыл бұрын
Ambergris is fine. But the use of animal biproducts in a perfume is really unethical. I dont believe in using Civet or musks as its so horrible. Check out the life of the Civet cat. Its very sad. In order to be better humans we have to spend our money with companies that are ethical. The quest to smell amazing should not involve the pain and suffering of animals. In the UK and EU animal testing is banned and this should be worldwide. Its time to be a better human race. Engage with our higher selves. Be kind, compassionate to the seen and not seen. To think of ourselves are interconnected to all beings.

Hello. We had to stop it as people were paying £80 and choosing an Oud which is nearly £40. I looked at my business and need to stop spending on Oud. At the moment I don't cover the amount of Oud I am buying per month. You can choose Odyssey or Fake which is 30ml . We also looked and a lot of people were selling the 10ml on. So everyone but me was making money. In the future the 10ml will only be available when you get an Oud. But at the moment its in the range above £145.
