20 years old female was come for Abdominal Ultrasound.Presenting with Epigastric pain.
On Visulizing left of the liver it was found there was free fluid around the heart... As we can see heart is seems to be floating in fluid.
On further investigations there was free fluid seen along the lower margin of right lobe of liver. No free fluid was seen along the margin of left kidney or spleen. So there was Pericardial effusion with most probably right plural effusion. For further detailed evaluation Chest X-ray and Echo cardiography( ultrasound of heart) was suggested.
