Le Périgord, très riche en patrimoine, offre de nombreux sites à découvrir, villages, châteaux, grottes, ... et bien sûr sa gastronomie !!!

Pour bénéficier de la meilleure qualité d’image :
- cliquer sur les « Paramètres (roue crantée) » puis sur « Qualité ».
- sélectionner la meilleure qualité (1080p, 4K, …).
Celle-ci pourra être limitée en fonction de votre bande passante.

Mon premier voyage en France quand j'avais 13 était dans le Périgord. J,ai été ébloui par Sarlat et tout ce que j'ai vu. Inoubliable voyage, c'est beau la France!!

Merci Yves pour cette superbe vidéo, qui résume bien cette superbe région, avec de superbes images. Je l'ai partagé avec un ami natif de la Région (Sarlat), qui m'a fait visiter le coin que j'ai vraiment adoré. Il a adoré ta vidéo qui met bien en valeur la Région. Région ou il fait bon vivre avec la Nature, mais aussi haut lieux de la Gastronomie Française ...

Nous avons pris nos vacances au mois de septembre. Aussi aller voir les agences immobilières de Sarlat. Nous espérons trouver un pavillon de plein pied. La région parisienne n'est plus possible pour la tranquillité. L'année prochaine, nous espérons déménager. La violence des jeunes en essonne, le regard etc.... Dans le perigord noir, ce n'est pas la même chose. Il y'a un certain respect. Vivement que l'on prenne la poudre escampette. A bientôt.

Oui, si c’est possible, n’hésitez pas à sortir des grandes agglomérations. Bonnes investigations dans vos recherches !!!

Sarlat is great but way too many people in season, out of season a lot os closed. Brantome is wonderful, so beautiful, again lots of people and in the high summer the heat with all the stone can be killing ! I visited Montbazillaz vineyards, didn't go inside the chateau as I refused to wear a mask, that said when it came to wine tasting to buy they all took them off as usual ! Nothing gets in the way of business and money. Dordogne is so beautiful, so much still to see, I moved here during first lockup :

It is better to come here in may, june or september, october and avoid july and august and winter.

recommend England, there are fewer people in summer, it's less hot, no worries about wearing a mask in the English vineyards ....... nothing beats a good home....

très belle région en effet. on aurait pu ajouter quelques bastides comme Monpazier, Villereal, la très anglaise Eymet, etc, etc...mais Domme est une bastide, en effet. Le plan en damiers n'est pas une invention française ni anglaise mais remonte aux Grecs. ça a été repris par les Etrusques, les Romains et les rois au Moyen âge. Les bastides étaient des villes nouvelles avec un système fiscal alléchant.

My 13th generation grandfather was the first Duke of Perigord . He was born in 1664. Before his birth, the title was of Earl and belonged to men Not of the Bourbon bloodline.
