എന്റെ mrg കഴിഞ്ഞ ആദ്യം എനിക്ക് periods ആയപ്പോൾ പറയാൻ ഒരു മടി ആയിരുന്നു. But husband അത് മനസ്സിലാക്കി എനിക്ക് വേണ്ട CARE തന്നു. Now I am very happy. ഇപ്പൊ എന്റെ date എന്നെക്കാൾ correct ആയി hussin അറിയാം. അടുത്തുള്ളപ്പോൾ എല്ലാം അതിനുള്ള കെയർ ഫുൾ തരുന്നും ഉണ്ട്.

എന്റെ അതേ അവസ്ഥ ആണ്. Periods pain പണ്ടൊക്കെ പുറത്ത് പറയാൻ തന്നെ മടിയാരുന്നു. ശരിക്കും പറഞ്ഞാൽ ഇതുപോലത്തെ awareness videos ഒക്കെ വരുന്നേനു മുന്നേ മിക്ക boys നും ഇതൊരു fun ആയിരുന്നു. 1:20 ഇത് കണ്ടപ്പോ degree ടൈമിൽ ഉണ്ടായ കാര്യം ഓർത്തു. എന്റെ വൈവേടെ ദിവസം periods ആയി heavy bleeding ആയി. കോളേജിൽ പോവാൻ പറ്റാത്ത അവസ്ഥയുണ്ടായി. I am a teenager of 14 years old. Once during periods time I was traveling and I had intense stomach aches. My whole family was with me i.e. my bro, my cousin bro, my mom, my moms sister, my dad and my grandma. They were all there when I was trying to endure my pain. I was also telling them that I had severe stomach aches. But nobody cared even when I kept telling them. I guess they knew but nobody helped me. It was a very sad moment. I think mother's or sisters should tell their sons and brothers about the situation they face at that time of periods, so that they can actually understand the reality My father once scolded my mother for telling she was having periods to me, since i am a male child, even if i am a doctor....then i told my father this quite a normal thing and no need to get offended for expressing it. Now she tell it openly that she is having periods without using any sign language..this has to be normalised in every family....that's what I think 😊😊

totally relatable . It gets worse when need to prepare for exams and even had to attend board exams during my periods . travelling via bus, attending school assembly ,concentrating on classes are really hectic . But need to admit I had a group of friends who understands us . People tell to keep all these as mysteries but honestly opening up to male friends are great . When they try to understand us it feels great . Lying in their shoulders and having their arms around itself makes us feels really better . The pain will be still there but when society treats us as impure the feeling of being pampered in this condition is what we actually require .

സത്യം....എന്റെ അമ്മ വീട്ടില് പോയി നിക്കാൻ എനിക്കിഷ്‌ടമേയല്ല... ഈ ടൈമിൽ രാവിലെ 4 മണിക്ക് എണീറ്റു കുളിക്കണം. ഇടനായി ഒരു nighty ഉണ്ട്. അതു രാവിലെ രാവിലെ കഴുകി രാത്രി ഉണങ്ങീല്ലെങ്കിലും ഇടണം. ഒരു പായ ഉണ്ട് .ഹാളിന്റെ ഒരു മൂലക്ക് കിടക്കണം... എണ്ണ എടുക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല, തുണിയിലൊന്നും തൊടാൻ പറ്റില്ല...എല്ലാം ആരെയെങ്കിലും വിളിച്ചു എടുപ്പിക്കണം. ഏറ്റവും problem മുൻവശത്തുകൂടെ കയറാൻ പറ്റില്ല..only അടുക്കള... അമ്മുമ്മയൊക്കെ ഭയങ്കര problem ഉണ്ടാക്കും ഇത് വല്ലതും തെറ്റിച്ചാൽ.... പക്ഷെ ന്റെ വീട്ടിലും hus ന്റെ വീട്ടിലും ന്ത് സുഖമാ...ഈ ടൈമിൽ നല്ല care ആണ് ...അമ്മമാര് രണ്ടിടത്തും....

Very nicely taken! Every word that the doctor said is very true. If only all men understand and respond accordingly it would be better. Every woman's body is different. We shouldn't compare. Another nice part in the movie is the mom in law was not angry or jealous to see his son work which actually is seen in many houses. They can't bear to see the son working. Appreciate the movie 👏👏

Lucky my husband cares for me in such a manner. He will get a hot water pack for me and will cook for me as well. He comes to cuddle me and comfort me, and this emotionally and mentally means so much. These gestures are worth more than diamonds.
