This looks like an early Calibre Press training film. I recognize several images in their Street Survival book. Those Motorola training film are still valuable today. It is all about fundamentals.

I remember this video from my LEO training waaaaay back in 1993. This vid was only 14 years old back then. Seems ancient now. In 93, my small, high desert town still carried revolvers and you brought your own shotgun and/or rifle. This was part of our firearms training block of course. I had to borrow a pistol from the PD. It was cleared from evidence and was one of two loaners. It was an S&W Model 10 bull barrel, square butt .38. I loved that thing, but was pressured to get a .357 so my first personal bought duty pistol was a S&W Model 586 full lug bull barrel with a set of Pachmeyer grips. Loved that hog leg too. I carried a Mossberg M591 12g and of all things a Galil ARM .223/5.56. It was and still is my pride and joy. I had to deploy all three weapons over those years, but never fired a shot thank God. I just mastered all three and kept it at way. Good times.

I saw this in 1987. My agency-issued sidearm was a Model 67, a stainless version of the Model 15. Car-mounted shotguns were Mossberg 500s. A few years back, I bought a 67 for nostalgia purposes. It really is a solid revolver.

It’s crazy that as late as 1979, scuba divers still didn’t even have at least an inflatable BC. I guess that scuba diving probably didn’t gain popularity until 007 Sean Connery, in the mid 60s.

@@flyoverkid55 The problem with that hypothesis is that most police shootings aren't tracked federally and some municipalities will not release the information they do have, if any. Plus the "good ole boy" system is pretty good for making accidents disappear or seem the fault of the victim.
