Hi there..! Are the links mentioned available on the KZfaq access? Thank you!
@OSUEcampus2 жыл бұрын
@@jennpreston7076 Hi Jenn! You should be able to find everything in Canvas. Because of the way that the course is laid out, we pull from multiple different resources to give you the best information possible. Since we've got so many sources, we put them all together in the Canvas course. The course is free and very easy to access there!

@@OSUEcampus So should I pay and take the actual permaculture course or should I just use the canvas on permaculture
@Vunderbread3 жыл бұрын
At the end of the day, on a personal level what I love most about permaculture is how it activates every part of my brain. The "skill cap" is basically infinite, there is always, always room for improvement when it comes to the synergy of an ecosystem. What humans can accomplish on limited budgets is extraordinary, but surely only the tip of the iceberg, and I love that =)

i love permaculture but i also love the formal french style of gardens but i also want to make it easy to maintain.... there has to be a way of fusing the three together.................... i currently have 1/3 acre to 'play' with to start with....
@MediaTribeUSAAus4 жыл бұрын
Permaculture has more to do with the ethics of managing resources by seeing the whole system, as I understand it. So having a formal French design within a permaculture system might work if the land is conducive to it and you put the principles of both to work to benefit the whole. Not a permaculturist, just cheering you on.

Awesome, me too. I'm thinking about doing a permaculture style potager

I’m having trouble getting to the descriptions on the KZfaq app, can you post resource links (such as watershed tools) in the comments. I did explore the canvas page but it seems like a lot has been removed?

This is great. Can you please provide the link to the next videos in the notes? It is, to say the least, confusing as to which order I should take in these videos. But you are doing a great job with it. Thank you so much!

Off-topic, I know, but what kind of system is this in which it looks like he is writing on glass (and NOT in mirror image). I'd like to do this for my course as well! Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
@OSUEcampus2 жыл бұрын
Hi there! We use a system called Lightboard, or Learning Glass, for recordings like these. You can see a full description of the system here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hq-Yeq96zb3Upmw.html For the record, these videos are in fact mirrored after they're captured!

What about those of us who have to explain or display these concepts in the general. I have to show a family member a site design and how it works without a specific site in mind.
