I am aged 84 years. Since I was 20 years old I had this problem. No doctor has ever explained the symptoms, medicines to control and diet in such a beautiful way. As u have mentioned cetrizine, montelukast, Avamys Nasal spray help me tide over the crisis.i am even allergic to cold air thru my nostrils. காலையில் எழுந்ததும் தும்மலும் சளி ஒழுகுதலும் எனக்கும் இருக்கிறது. இப்படி எனக்கு நாற்பதாண்டு காலமாக இருந்து வருகிறது. ஆரம்ப நாட்களில் இன்சிட் எல் என்ற மாத்திரையை சாப்பிட்டு வந்தேன். பிறகு சிட்ரிசின் எடுத்துக்கொண்டு வந்தேன். சுமார் இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு திருப்பதி சென்றிருந்தபோது அங்கு ஒரு டாக்டர் அல்சீரோ எம் என்ற மாத்திரையை எடுத்துக்கொள்ளச் சொன்னார். தற்போதும் இதைத்தான் நான்கு நாட்களுக்கு ஒன்று என்ற முறையில் எடுத்துக்கொண்டு வருகிறேன். இந்த மாத்திரை தமிழ்நாட்டில் கிடைக்காததால் மும்பையிலிருந்து வரவழைத்து சாப்பிட்டு வருகிறேன். நன்றி ஐயா.

Recently my friend advised me to try two country chicken egg daily (Boiled) for lunch and dinner. I feel better after taking for the past two weeks. Good Evening Doctor Please explain the difference between wheat products vs Atta. I have changed my diet plan and followed from March 2023. At the time I started my food habit my body weight was 77 kgs. Now in August my weight drops down to 65 kgs. It's a big result. In my diet I am regularly eating 2 chappathi which is made by Atta and one egg afternoon and at night time again egg, oats, peanut, chappathi, chicken, fish just like that. Morning - Nil. Sir, as u said, I have sinusitis .am suffering from head pain, pain in both my cheeks. I have this isssue for more than 6yrs. When it gets severe after taking treatment it settles down. But whenever I expose to chill climate or AC or chill food, water .am suffering a lot when I affect from cold. I can't even tell in words how painful it is. Kindly tell me if any permanent solution for this. Or guide me how to recover from sinusitis.

Try "swasamrutham" siddha syrup atleast 2 to 3 months regularly depending upon your condition. That is most effective for sinusitis and allergic rhinitis. You will get good relief for sure, Divya 👍
