I was there. The whole building was shaking. Everyone was out of their bodies and no time for a guess bump. Some people officially went crazy and could not control themselves. At is finale, the clear instrument one would hear was the timps played by Emmett Mcdonald, sitting to the far left end. It was very moving. I wish you were there too.

This hand drum is amazing! It's universal! Even Woods Cree tribe uses these but with little vibrating bones on a string in the back. In Ireland/Scotland it is called a Bodhran but has no vibrating bits in the back.

To those who voicing wrong opinion on Sufis. Firstly these are Iranian musicians performing, they are not really Sufis. Secondly all Iranians are to some extent Sufi, It also fits with Zoroastrianism and Mithraism. This predates Islam.

Not all Iranians are Sufis (even in some extent) and Sufism has no relation to Zoroastrianism.

@@mogbaba The Sama dance is actually a Manichean ceremony, so yes, sufism actually has links with zoroastrianism

@@_elian_8875 Evidence for the Sama being Manichean? Even if so, it does not mean Sufism is related to Zoroastrianism. Manichean is in essence different with Zoroastrianism. Sufism may have got some elements of Manichean, but Manichean is not Zoroastrianism.

Real Authentic Sufi Order !!!! Real sufis don't go in public to show off. These are just the musicians. You don't see the other members. All these other ORDERS on shows for entertainment. YA HAQQ to the NIMATULLAHI SUFI ORDER.
