Күн бұрынPersian tomato rice is comfort food at its best! Its lightly spiced and aromatic, and you can make it in half an hour with limited effort! Its Vegetarian and Vegan friendly too, so whats not to love?
Ingredients
1 Large Potato Chopped
1 Large Onion Chopped
2 Tomato’s Chopped
2 cups of Rice
2tsp of Turmeric
1tsp of Cinnamon
1tsp of Paprika
2tsp of Salt
1tsp of Pepper
1tbsp Butter (optional)
2tbsp Oil
1tsp Saffron dissolved in hot water (optional)

Can you make this in a rice cooker?

Yes you can, just make the potato mixture separately then add the mixture to the rice and water in the rice cooker and allow it to cook
