Fun fact: even though Mystery Food X got its name in Persona 4, the concept was actually in Persona 3 already (the girls' cooking, obviously). However, it's been shown in the game that Makoto (male P3MC) is the only character by far (the fat girl in P4 doesn't count) who can eat Mystery Food X and not conk out from it. He even describes it as "not bad" as shown with Fuuka's cooking.

Kotone cooking for her bro Makoto. My personal headcanon is that they're siblings, and one died alongside their parents(whoever didn’t die becomes the protag) In this comic they're both alive and are co leaders of SEES. Also, the two being siblings could be an explanation for Ryoji's appearance in femc route. Since his appearance is based off Makoto, so maybe in femc route it still is, Makoto's just dead in that route.
