For the skirt issues everyone is clamouring about. I just wanted to get this out of the way the problem with the Skirt morphing is in it's Makotos animation screwing the dress. Not the model or skirt. It has nothing to do with whatever political correctness people are assessing. The issue with the skirt is due to the Tartarus and Event animations The actual skirt model is fine. The animation screws the model up which stretches it. And Atlus used a process that baked the animation to the characters. Which means Makoto animation screws the skirts since he likes doing the pelvic thrust. If you look at the placeholder victory animation other than the leg clipping, the skirt length is fixed to the appropriate length because it's not using Makotos animation. If you look at the over world the animation looks fine because the team ported Yukari's following you open world animations in as replacement and mix match to make the skirt work in the over world. The problem with Tartarus is the mod team is forced to use Makoto animation without having to break things. And the current process to change the animation is too much. Makoto has 100+ animation alone in Tartarus unlike the over world animations. The animation data also has sound ques something a proprietary plugin is required to make it work. Replacing animation also means losing footstep or slash animation sounds. Notice the griddy animation there is no walking sound that's the issue with the system and workflow. The plugin to make this work is expensive and requires proprietary license and the team only has 1 person on the team that has access to this. And currently the workflow to get this all done is too much for one person and there isn't a faster method to fix this. We can't use Yukari's animation to fix the skirt in Tartarus due to Makotos gameplay mechanics work and it makes no sense to use a bow animation for Kotone as people keep suggesting to reuse yukari tartarus animation. All these tech limitations is causing a huge headache for the team and this probably the last time I will mention about this.

There is some uncanny valley with the model and poses but damn the modders are really making sure that they get the details fit with remake.

The day the skirt gets fixed is the day I get p3r on pc to download the mod

The models and especially the dialogue splicing could use some refinement but for a fan project on a game that I would assume doesn’t have particularly good mod support, this looks really good so far.

Loving all the music remixes so far. It would be interesting if the music options were togglable by changing in game costumes rather than the mod menu

Just a thought, but maybe it'd be better to generate longer audio samples for Gendered Audio part. Right now it sounds too cut, to be used in a "production" mod. Maybe you can make the samples a few words long, and slowly fade in the audio, this way it will sound at least a bit more natural.
