Makoto is so lovable with an English VA, sounds deadly, everyone else shouts out their persona’s “POLYDEUCES” and Makoto is just like “orpheus” with his blank stare, it really makes his character more unique, also I prefer Takeba’s voice in this fan made dub than her actual voice, I just feel her in game voice is too well “off putting” is the nicest way to say it. Anyway this fan dub is brilliant and I could go on for hours why it is, I wish I had seen this sooner, it really makes me wonder what Atlus could’ve done with this themselves.

I am blown away, as a long time fan I loved the movies, but was sad at the lack of a dub planned. This dub is so close to the professional level, the editing is great, and even the parts that I see as flaws or mistakes lend their own into making this one of the most memorable fandubs I have ever seen of any media.

Hey everyone, this is my main youtube channel where I produce content for anime analysis/video essays I just wanted to pin a comment here to preface on a few things about this videos reupload and other nuances with the direction in which the project was taken. 1. The reason I reuploaded the project is because I noticed all the movies were uploaded on youtube without being removed, this lead me to test whether or not I could keep the video up for others to see in higher quality than what we had on Facebook and other websites. More importantly this is a project I have grown too attached to simply let it be in the position that it was in, the amount of effort, determination and help from fellow friends, colleagues, and acquaintances; not to mention the amount of work put in by myself as a single person (Scripting, Directing, Editing, Mastering, ETC...) were far too much to simply let the video itself not recirculate. 2. Yuki Makotos inflections and emotional conveyance was a direction choice I made to replicate the emotional capability that he has in this movie as an empty slate, and to sound similiar to the subs version of Makoto. So I do apologize in advance if there are some who think that I may not be putting my effort or trying to "VOICE ACT" the character, its truly intentional. 3. We kept all the honorifics as they were also kept in the English translation on PS2 4. At this very moment, there are no plans to continue this project, but depending where the video goes in regards to retention and feedback may or may not bring the project back to life, but I can make no promises. If the project were to come back it would require alot of changes to the cast, as some of the cast members here are now professional voice actors and cannot be apart of a project that can damage their reputation and professionalism as a voice actor. 5. The Unofficial ending credits song used in the original upload was immediately taken down due to copyright, as such I had to switch the song from Chronus by "Asriel" to White Feather by "Asriel" 6. In this reupload, I made some changes to the visual quality in comparison to the original, such as disabling resampling and finding a higher quality version of the movie, in order to somewhat meet the current standards of visual quality that people expect today. I was unable... or rather chose not to redo the credits roll as it would've taken too much work, so the original visual blurs will be in there, I do apologize To this very day, I get notifications on the group and page of ThePersonaProject praising its production and asking about the 2nd movies completion, I wished to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for keeping this project in my memory that people out there did find it wonderful, and wished for more.

Criminally underrated project, so glad the people in this project found success, too bad that means they can't come back to continue this project. I could totally see this project blowing up with the recent hype for a Persona 3 Remake in the making, imo you should take the opportunity while it's here!

Oh man i can't express how much i love this FanDub, from the really accurate emotionless voice for makoto to how much Junpei's Voice Actor fits his character and all the tense and emotional scenes being portrayed amazingly. This is pretty well done! I like it. Especially for the time you originally made this. Fandubs with decent audio and sounddesign were sort of rare back 7 years ago.

My first experience of P3 not realizing it was a fandub at the time but the line makoto delivers at 19:30 has stuck with me ever since as an example of how much more he would add if he wasn't a silent protagonist and was instead was characterized by how much he was indifferent about death.

This is way better than the views and likes indicate, absolute amazing job!!

I watched the entire thing and at some point I forgot it was a fan dub I loved it so much, the voice of the main protagonist was incredible especially during fight scenes, though I do have one small nitpick sometimes the microphones for some characters (Yukari or Junpei) would go a bit high pitched but overall great work and I will be glad to join you guys some day as well as watch some more of your projects when the time comes.

This is impressive for a fandub. It keeps to the tone that the game had but it'S a shame that the other films never got done. They need it done someday whether that's official or another fandub. I understand what it would take for it to be done with the professional voice actors again but hopefully one day this project picks up as with the newer equipment out there and some tweaks to the way the voices are recorded would make these some of the best unofficial dubs ever.

While I did love the movie, I really wanted to atleast see snippets of a dub or something since I played the game in english lol. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT Since I was playing the game in english and I also want to improve my english level, I wanted to watch this movie dubbed because I thought the VA of the game also worked on the movie for the dubs. Unfortunately I found out that there isn't any official dub of the movies, but then I saw this, the love and effort put on this movie is amazing, keep up the good work!

Its quiet unusual seen full English fandub of Persona 3 Movie, allow me to speaking this... Overall audio mixing kinda still quiet unbalanced, but still great. I'm really amazed that you did this amazing fandub project! Good job! ✨💞
