If you aren't pushing to get her maxed out right away, you are missing out. She buys you so much time. For example, the ability to come out of a palace, have her message you to give you your evening back, then to have her make SP refilling coffee or curry while you go out to level up another confidant is crazy. She is the most important Confidant in the game for benefits. Mishima runs a close second giving your party members not fighting the same exp.

Well I didn't like the motorcycle and I liked that it changed her entire summoning animation, so that part wasn't so bad for me. But you're right, the social link had practically nothing to do with her and if you romance her she's not affectionate or anything at all. She comes across as really distant and I felt really unsatisfied by the end of it. I was hoping you'd end up seeing a side of her she doesn't show anyone else, or something. I don't know.

Holy shit, this is so Oedipal. It’s like they lifted this romance plot out of a bad hentai. With Takemi, they write the romance like an older woman dating a younger guy. With Kawakami, this is basically a motherly figure and son getting it on.
