Bless Technicals off Brainwash can be learned after reading the final book from Jinbocho. Izanagi-no-Okami is pretty much needed due to his unique trait Country Maker which is a 2x damage multiplier to all attacks in order to hit this high amount of score.
All party members are using their ultimate weapons and armors. As for the accessories, especially for Morgana, the Makougaon accessory can be itemized from Throne (without Alarm).
