Spot on. The plot of the game was to rescue Hikari, but the central character is clearly FeMC. She showed just as much character growth as Hikari, where as everyone else kind of already had their character arcs established.

@@insane2201 well i think that is imposible because Yaldabaoth is the main reason goro is doom from the start . joker and his conterpart must have the oppositive source of power (joker is bonds and power of friendship). the context of goro being shido's son only makes him a good cantidate to become the trickster counterpart

@@frozendepina5293 Yeah, Akechi, Joker and The Twins are more tame in PQ2 than in P5, and that's because when Yaldy is no longer the governor, they are no longer "Traitor," "Rebel," and "Wardens," Akechi and Joker are just normal Persona users and The Twins are just like the other siblings.

I think the hardest for me to watch was seeing Minako and Makoto say goodbye to each other. I think deep down they knew that it was going to be the last time they'll see each other. It was also hard to see Akechi not wanting to go home because he knew what was going to happen in their timeline as well. Seriously Atlus, just how many times do you want to see me bawl my eyes out!?!?

Out of everything, Goro made me cry at the end. It wasn’t the goodbyes, the message from Philemon, or even knowing Hikari made it out with a brighter future, it was Goro, so filled with regret and self reflection, not wanting to go back and become that monster again..... that showed me that if he could, he’d trade his revenge away for a better tomorrow, and that is as tragic as it is beautiful. I wish he returned the man he was at the end, because if he did, I guarantee things would have been different. Rest In Peace, you fallen prince.

I kinda imagine that Minato and Minako came from different timeline. For example: Minako came from timeline where they just finished killing all the full-moon shadow, while Minato is from timeline before 4 October. Minako: Promise me to protect Shinjiro-san. Is it me or Hikari's father didn't seemed to be bothered by her daughter falling into a coma and spirited away for probably 8 months minimum? Also, Akechi vanished, so this means that Joker is "Rebel," Akechi is "Traitor," and Twins are "Wardens" again. At least somebody remembers traces of something.

Oh my God it's Philemon! It's the good old golden butterfly, not the usual blue butterfly from P3, P4 and P5! Also kinda sad how reluctant Akechi was when it was time to leave... and how he wasn't with the PT in the ending scenes. I didn't need my heart today anyway I guess!

That... could be a good story for P5 Arena. So the gist of P5 Arena is basically Joker and Yu teamed up for a mission in Iwatodai. Then all of a sudden the antagonist, which is responsible for these, used their Persona, Ouroboros to... mess up the two different universes. Which leads to Nyx having two seal. There's only one way to fix it ; breaking one of the seals. However they didn't know that releasing either one of the seal will cause Nyx on that timeline to resurface. That's why Joker & Yu must decide whose seal to break.

So I really enjoy the ending, and here’s what I got from it: Hikari returned to her world and decided to make movies, at an age when she was in high school, some time before 2009 (Persona 3). She first made the movie “A.I.G.I.S.”, and Minato and Minako and both of their gangs viewed the movie. Fast forward a probably 2 or 3 years (Persona 4), she makes the movie “Junessic Land”, which is viewed by Yu and friends. Finally, she makes another movie probably about 4 years later (Persona 5), and it was viewed by Joker and his crew when they decided to go to the high school film festival. But here’s when things start not making sense: Supposedly, if all of the Persona games took place in the same timeline (which they most likely did), how come Hikari looks the same as when she started making movies, and is still in high school _years_ after she started making movies in high school? But, say that the Persona games take place in different timelines. Would that mean there’s 4 Hikaris now? Lastly, what universe is the Hikari in the game from? As in, both Minato and Minako watched the movie she made, so it doesn’t exactly make sense, unless both Hikaris were one. Maybe I’m just being a loser who’s looking too deep into things, but if Atlus wants to add those final end scenes, I‘d like for them to actually make sense.

I find it cool that the Male Protagonist and Female Protagonist are twin siblings. Depending on which gender you decide to play as in P3P, the backstory of the Protag alters just slightly. If you pick the MC, in the accident that killed his parents, his twin sister died as well and Vice Versa. Something cool about this is how the Female Protagonist's canon name is Minako Arisato and how the Male Protagonist's Manga name is Minato Arisato.

Or it might just be the P3 (which ever) is from another universe since Yukari, Rise and Mitsuru got recognized by some P5 cast so assuming things have gone the same on FeMC's side then it's more they're from diff timelines than universe. And the Velvet Room attendants just let them believe they're from diff one since it would mess up things.
