Outstanding video! Great information. Based on my personal experience and observations, I have concluded that the single greatest factor involved in a lawsuit that goes to trial is the jury. Injured parties may have a strong case on a legal and ethical basis, but the jury may see things differently due to their own experiences and prejudices, and consequently decide in favor of the insurance companies, the defendants, etc. It is important that the "right" or "proper" jury is selected, and there are no guarantees that "a jury of an injured party's peers" will grant compensation to an permanently injured party.
