Lease amount is not easy to get return back. Monthly rental house advance period is 3 months as per Govt. rule. Before marriage gents must having own house. So EMI period will be reduce and no rent problem.

Watch out. A lot of fake brokers take the big lease amount as PA holders and skip. The owner will deny receipt of any amount. This is another fraud that happens in this field.

Seekram gali pana soldranga. But owner lease amount keta 9 months ah tharama emathranga. And lease document epdi enga register pananu.
