@@DankPvt This is because there is a start date and end date mentioned in the contract and hence the work permit validity reflects the same. So the next time you extent your work permit, sign an employment contract for 2 years or so inroder to get the work permit for 2 years and eventually apply for personal number. What i understand is starting 2023, it is easier to get a coordination number and also to open a bank account if you have your work permit for less than 2 years. Not sure though but i can update you end of February as i fly to Sweden by then. cheers

As a swedish person I would say that companyes dont pays, for personal costs, like visas, accomodation and flight tickets! Sweden is a high salary, high cost country, one supose to be able to manage everything by one self! Then.. google that company, to be sure its not a fake! In anyway, there is not that many people frome India in sweden, I belive that moste of them works in IT and automotive companys.. there is always a shortage of highly educated enginers and IT experts!
